Traditional external walls often rely on multiple independent components \u2014 structural blockwork, insulation, cavity detailing, wall ties, membranes, battens, boards, fire-stopping and finish layers. Each interface is another point where quality, sequencing or workmanship can affect final performance.<\/p>\r\n

The Elite Blocc system takes a different approach. Structure, insulation and permanent formwork are coordinated within one assembly, reducing the number of separate operations and producing a more predictable performance outcome. The 200 mm EPS insulation is factory-integrated on the cold exterior side of the RC core \u2014 the thermally correct position \u2014 and requires no separate site installation.<\/p>\r\n
